trading....

i think we should be able to trade also to eveolve certain pokemon and just get some new ones and i think they should be in the top of the PKMN centers as usual
rules -you have to have a certain number of gym badges to have different levels of traded pokemon
-must have gotten through first gym to trade
-the evolution rules still apply for pokemon who have to evolve by trading or holding an item while being traded
-and the trainer you are trading with must be in the trading floor of th pokemon center

Try Explaining more on it, Like if you have to beat any gyms to be able to use it, and if you can trade with anyone, no matter where they are in the RP
