Pokemon Center. Outside the pallet town forest

I rushed in here after I was chased by a group of mamoswi and dodged in here.
Cris and I went to bed. Now it is morning and it seems like we where called out for a pokemon battle by some trainers.
" Nurse joy. Are my pokemon okay?" I asked
She handed me 3 fully healthy looking pokeballs.
" Yup they are as good as they can get!" She told me

*I am woken up by an angry sceptile, urging me to wake up. I go outside while balbasaur talks to nurse joy, and a team aqua member is there.*

"We have infiltrated Magma HQ, everything is going as planed" he says

"good, continue with the operation" I say, then walk back inside

I sit there confused.
" aren't they both bad guys? What about Soul Silver team? " I questioned

@ Bulbasaur: actually I have all my stuff (just didn't post it) and ik because i said I put the 6 pokeballs in my bag (which would be on my back)
