Yes I can Honchkrows base moves for level 7 include ominous wind, wing attack, astonish, and pursuit.

Honchcrow use wing attack!!!

I want u guys to know that I made it to where u can use any move that ur pokemon will learn in a later lv.

As bulbasaur is in the air, I command him to use razor leaf on the honchcrows feet.
Bulbasaur fell to the ground and used vine whip to land completley but was also a damaged from heat wave.( >_< You godmodded I godmod >_<)
